The Red-light Flashes Slowly & Goldshell Miner Interface Shows “Please Check the Network” —-Disconnect to the Network

  • Does the computer have an Internet connection?
  • Check the accuracy of the mining pool’s information if you have access to the Internet.

Please try switching to a different pool if the information is accurate; if you are still having trouble connecting, contact customer service.

If the information is inaccurate, re-enter the accurate information.

  • Call the carrier to fix the network if you are having trouble connecting to the Internet.

The Device Cannot Be Detected in the Interface of Goldshell Hub/ Yotta BC Software While Pressing the IP Key.

  • Please restart the miner if one of the four boards’ average hashrates is lower than the others (less than 80% of the others’ average hashrate). Contact customer service if the condition persists as abnormal.
  • If you see the following figure, please restart the Goldshell miner. Contact customer service if things are still not normal.

Why Does the Device Start to Run Normally, But Hashrate Can’t Be Seen on the Mining Pool Or Hashrate is Less Than That on the PC?

Hashrate will experience some delay at the pool following the operation (delays vary from pool to pool).

HW Error/ Rejection is Too High?

This is a typical occurrence because of fluctuations in computing power brought on by network or chip system fluctuations. Anything less than 5% for the ratio of Hardware Error to Nonces is acceptable.

Situation and Solution for High-Temperature Protection of Goldshell Miner

  • When the environment is well-ventilated and the temperature of the chips is below 35°C, this is normal.
  • Since the miner has automatically triggered the high-temp protection if it stops or shuts down, it must be powered off and restarted to return to normal operation.
  • Increase ventilation to dissipate heat if the ambient temperature is too high, or lower it.
